Impetus offers bespoke training packages for organisations wishing to inspire their staff and improve their environmental performance. In all our sessions we combine informative presentations with interactive workshop sessions designed to:

- Provide actions that can be taken forward after the session.
We work with you to tailor a package that meets your needs, based on your selection from a wide-ranging series of modules, including:

For housing providers: We can develop sessions for your senior managers to explain how you can best maximise tenant welfare whilst at the same time reducing carbon emissions; we can train frontline staff to recognise signs of fuel poverty and work out the best way to help; we can brief you on current and developing legislation around energy and sustainable construction that will affect you.
For local authorities: We can inspire your councillors to take action on climate change and address their concerns about how this action might affect constituents; we can train your frontline staff to recognise fuel poverty and refer residents to sources of help; we can develop the capability of your planning team to produce and successfully implement sustainable energy and construction policies.
For SMEs and third sector organisations: We can help you develop a team that will work actively to manage your energy use and carbon emissions; we can also help your staff to manage their own energy use at home.
A bespoke in-house session for up to 20 people costs from £950 (£800 for public/not-for-profit) for a half-day session and £1,500 (£1,200 for public/not-for-profit) for a full-day session. This cost includes training materials provided on CD-ROM for each delegate and a short series of follow-up emails that offer reminders of key learning points and encourage action.
