We have also been selected as associates of the Housing Quality Network (HQN) to offer bespoke in-house training for their members. The 'Practical energy efficiency for frontline employees' training has been designed specifically to help technical staff, customer service representatives, and housing officers recognise the symptoms of fuel poverty and source local solutions to resolve energy efficiency problems. In addition, Impetus Consulting was commissioned by the Greater London Authority on behalf of London Renewables to develop a training strategy and a set of training materials on renewable energy for a range of sectors in London (elected members, planners and developers and their professional advisors).
