who we arewhat we do
We provide managing agent services to clients and currently manage one of the Energy Saving Trust's flagship programmes.

Energy Services Support
Impetus manages the EST's Energy Services Support Service aimed at helping social housing providers and other not-for-profit organisations to develop energy service schemes. This involves running a telephone helpline service with the offer of up to two days' free consultancy for individual schemes. It also involves researching and writing a number of good practice case studies and guides.

Practical help
Impetus managed the Practical help advisory service on behalf of the Energy Saving Trust from its launch in 2001 until September 2008, when it was taken in house. This service offers free help and support to UK local authorities and housing associations on all aspects of sustainable energy and sustainable road transport.

Management of the EEAC and Local Energy Support Programmes
Impetus managed the Energy Efficiency Advice Centres and Local Support Teams on behalf of the Energy Saving Trust. The EEAC network provides energy efficiency advice to domestic consumers via 52 centres located throughout the UK. The Local Support Teams work with local authorities and housing associations in taking forward sustainable energy strategies and projects in their areas.
